1 · Prepare
Create the atmosphere
Dim the lights, run a warm bath and give yourself a little space to slow down. A ritual does not need to be elaborate. Sometimes warm water, quiet and a few uninterrupted minutes are enough.
2 · Soak
Choose what the ritual needs
Add a handcrafted bath bomb or mineral-rich salt soak to warm water and allow it time to dissolve. Salt soaks are suited to longer, restorative baths, while bath bombs bring scent, botanicals and a little indulgence to a simpler soak.
3 · Nourish
Finish with the skin
After bathing, gently pat the skin dry and follow with a botanical balm or salve wherever extra moisture is needed. Sugar scrubs can also become part of the ritual, helping exfoliate and soften the skin before moisturizing.
